On Wednesday,March 5 at 5 pm in the Seminar Room at 2240 Piedmont, Professor Chris Kutz will be hosting a conversation about immigration law and policy, especially the changes happening now and on the horizon. I’ll be joined by two wonderful colleagues, Professor David Hausman, who worked for the ACLU Immigrant Rights Project before joining our faculty; and Professor Leti Volpp, who is also an expert on immigration and director of the campus Center for Race and Gender. We’ll talk not only about what is happening in immigration policy, but also how to think about the values at stake in migration and asylum policy.
